Gracia Green has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for over six years, including more than four years with GulfSouth. Since joining GulfSouth in March 2022, she has grown through every level of the team: starting as a line technician, becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), stepping into a training role, and now practicing as a BCBA. This journey reflects her relentless dedication to her own professional growth and her deep desire to continually expand her clinical impact.

Gracia earned her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication Disorders in 2017 from Louisiana State University (LSU). She later shifted her focus from Speech Therapy to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), earning her Master's degree in Exceptional Student Education (ABA Specialization) from the University of West Florida in May 2025 before becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in August 2025.

Gracia is passionate about working with young children and is dedicated to helping them and their families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. She strives to create meaningful, lasting change for the individuals she serves.
