Wei brings more than 12 years of passion, energy, and experience to her work with children. Her journey in education began as a certified teacher in China, followed by a master’s degree in early childhood education for diverse learners from George Mason University in 2018. Discovering the power of behavior analysis, she completed advanced training at the Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2025. Wei knows clinical care from the ground up. Since 2023, she has supported children with autism by moving through the vital roles of line technician, BCaBA, and finally, BCBA. Known for her infectious enthusiasm and unwavering dedication, Wei’s ultimate goal is to help every child and family thrive.
