Kaitlyn Gueho is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) and licensed as a State Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst in Louisiana. She has 6 years of experience working in the fields of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Kaitlyn began working with GulfSouth Autism Center in 2022 as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she accrued fieldwork hours for her BCaBA certification while completing her undergraduate studies. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, concentrating in Applied Behavior Analysis. She received her BCaBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and was licensed by the Louisiana Behavior Analyst Board in 2025. Currently, Kaitlyn is pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a specialization in Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is continuing to accrue fieldwork hours with the goal of becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She has experience working with young children aged 2-6 diagnosed with ASD and is skilled in early intervention. Kaitlyn enjoys training and supporting parents and caregivers to help generalize clinic-based treatment strategies into the home environment. She is also passionate about training behavior technicians by modeling best practices and guiding them in effective therapy implementation. She also enjoys collaborating with allied health professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.
