Nikki became a technician at GulfSouth in 2022 and quickly became passionate about ABA. She began studying at Florida Institute of Technology, earned her Masters in behavior analysis in May of 2024, and became a BCBA soon after. She has worked primarily in the clinic setting with children under 5. Her favorite thing about Gulfsouth is the ability to work closely with speech and occupational therapy professionals in order to develop more collaborative and cohesive treatment plans. She is excited to help more children develop life changing skills and become their best selves.
